Key Requirements: 

• Extensive experience with Workday HCM and technical configurations, including integrations, calculated fields, and business processes
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS/REST APIs)
• Hands-on experience with data conversions, integrations, and reporting (including Workday Report Writer and Advanced Reporting)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Workday technical solutions
• Understanding of security, role-based access, and Workday tenant configuration
• Strong collaboration skills to work with functional consultants, IT teams, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Workday implementation and upgrade lifecycle, including testing and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills for technical designs and solutions
