Key Requirements:

Payroll Expertise: Strong experience managing payroll processes, preferably with CloudPay or other global payroll systems.

System Administration: Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot payroll systems, including payroll setup, user access, and workflow management.

Payroll Compliance: Knowledge of local and international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting.

Data Management & Reporting: Skilled in processing payroll data, reconciling reports, and generating accurate payroll analytics.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Ability to identify payroll issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement: Experience streamlining payroll processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Documentation & Audit: Maintain payroll process documentation, policies, and audit records in accordance with internal and external standards.

Confidentiality & Data Security: Strong awareness of sensitive employee data handling and GDPR compliance.

Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation, system updates, and best practices in global payroll management.
