Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Workday Technical Consultant, delivering complex Workday implementations and enhancements.
• Strong technical expertise across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, Absence, and other Workday modules.
• Extensive experience designing, developing and supporting Workday integrations, including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services and APIs.
• Advanced experience building Workday Reports, including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports and Prism Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes and tenant configuration.
• Experience in HRIS/ERP ownership or product management, with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives.
• Proven ability to design, optimise and improve business processes using Workday best practices.
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring consultants and providing technical guidance to project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and experience working within Agile environments.
• Experience with data migration, data validation and data quality activities during Workday implementations.
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools, supporting business reporting and decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Workday certifications are highly desirable.
