Key Requirements:

Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.)

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle

Proficient in Workday reporting, integrations, calculated fields, and business processes

Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into system solutions

Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining HRIS workflows and data integrity

Strong collaboration skills, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
