Key Requirements: 

 

  • Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle

  • Proficient in Workday reporting, integrations, calculated fields, and business processes

  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into system solutions

  • Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining HRIS workflows and data integrity

  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
