Key Requirements: 

• 5 - 10+ years of experience in enterprise application security, preferably with Workday
• Deep expertise in Workday security framework (domain security, business process security, role-based security)
• Strong understanding of Workday security architecture (security groups, roles, and permissions)
• Experience designing and maintaining complex security models across HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules
• Proficiency in role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) principles
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security audits, and compliance controls
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and enterprise security standards
• Experience supporting security troubleshooting, issue resolution, and change management
• Ability to perform security impact analysis for Workday configuration changes
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in governance and risk management
• Excellent communication skills for working with HR, Finance, IT, and audit teams
