  • Contribute to the strategic Workday roadmap, identifying opportunities to adopt new functionality and enhance existing processes.

  • Maintain Workday system integrity, security and configuration standards.

  • Lead Workday projects and module enhancements throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external Workday implementation partners to deliver system improvements.

  • Support change management activities, user training and adoption of new functionality.

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.

  • Mentor junior analysts and administrators, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex Workday issues, coordinating investigation and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Talent & Performance.

  • Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes and configuration.

  • Proven experience configuring Workday and delivering system enhancements.

  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into effective Workday solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience supporting Workday releases, regression testing, UAT and deployment cycles.

  • Experience leading Workday projects and enhancements from design through to implementation.

  • Understanding of Workday security, governance and configuration standards.

  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external implementation partners.

  • Ability to operate independently as the Talent & Performance SME within a small Workday team.

  • Experience supporting change management, user adoption and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

A proactive and technically strong Workday professional who can take ownership of Talent & Performance, drive continuous improvement and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
