This company is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to play a key role in optimizing and maintaining their Workday platform, specifically within Benefits and Compensation.
Job Overview:
As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday’s Benefits and Compensation modules. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure Workday is aligned with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Benefits and Compensation modules
✔️ Manage system updates, releases, and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and business continuity
✔️ Partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and drive process improvements
✔️ Conduct testing and validation of new Workday functionalities, troubleshooting and resolving any issues
✔️ Provide day-to-day system support, including break/fix, system optimization, and troubleshooting
✔️ Monitor Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages best practices and latest capabilities
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and ensure data integrity across HR systems
✔️ Support annual HR events such as Open Enrollment and Compensation Reviews through system configuration and testing
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
✅ 4+ years of experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits and Compensation
✅ Workday expertise required – experience configuring Workday Benefits & Compensation modules
✅ Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
✅ Ability to partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to align system capabilities with business needs
✅ Experience with HR technology platforms (such as ServiceNow) is a plus
