Regular Activities

- Assist in planning of migration activities

- Own and take responsibility of migration tasks end to end

- Perform migration activities for different LeasePlan entities in different countries

- Manage own tasks within JIRA

- Daily scrums working with agile methodology

- Recording lessons learned to improve

- Work closely with other collaboration team members,  Project Managers, and other teams to assist where possible

- Assist in training documentation reviews

- Understand and improve the overall migration process

Desired Technology Experience

- SharePoint Online - 2+ Years

- Microsoft Teams - 1+ Year

- OneDrive for Business - 2+ Years

- Migration Tooling, for example ShareGate - 1+ Years

- Any Windows Server/Virtual Machine skills a plus

- Basic PowerShell experience is a plus

- Azure knowledge a bonus

- PowerBI experience a bonus

Key Skills

- Ability to identify & create migration mappings

- Can use tooling and methods like ShareGate, DocAve, SharePoint Migration Manager, data exports, excel/csv

- Technical and analytical thinker

- Ability to work with key business stakeholders

- Can work independently but also knit well within a virtual team

- Enjoys challenges with migration execution
