About the Client:

Our client is a European leader in business supplies and equipment, with a strong presence in the market. They are currently looking for a skilled WMS/Reflex Consultant to join their team on a freelance/contract basis.

Role Overview:

As a WMS/Reflex Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our client\'s mission to optimize their warehouse management systems and processes. This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned European business in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the client\'s team to understand their warehouse management requirements and challenges.
2. Design and implement Reflex solutions to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations.
3. Provide expertise in WMS configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Analyze data and provide insights to optimize warehouse performance.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in WMS/Reflex technologies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a WMS/Reflex Consultant, with a strong background in warehouse management systems.
2. Demonstrated expertise in Reflex WMS implementation, configuration, and customization.
3. Knowledge of business supplies and equipment industry trends is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Willingness to travel to the client\'s onsite location in Paris for 3 days per week initially.

Contract Details:

This is a freelance/independent contract role with a hybrid working arrangement. The onsite requirement will be 3 days per week initially, reducing after successful integration into the mission. The project is expected to run until Q1 2025, with the potential for further extension based on performance and project needs.
