Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, or other modules).
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday business processes.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, organisations, and configuration.
- Ability to create and maintain Workday reports (standard, custom, advanced, and calculated fields).
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and providing user support.
- Knowledge of EIBs, integrations, and data loading processes.
- Experience with Workday releases, testing, and implementing new functionality.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to gather and translate business requirements.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, or IT teams to improve business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with UAT, system testing, and change management.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) is advantageous.
- Relevant Workday certifications are desirable but not always essential.
