Key Requirements:
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday Reporting solutions
- Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Dashboards
- Experience developing and optimising custom reports, calculated fields, and data analytics
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Talent data structures
- Experience supporting reporting requests across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards is advantageous
- Experience with data validation, testing, and ensuring report accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Workday certification in Reporting is highly desirable
