Key Requirements: 

• 5+ years' experience as a Workday HCM Solution Architect or Senior Workday HCM Consultant, with a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise Workday solutions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including solution design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Security.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, integrations, business processes, and best practice solution design.
• Ability to gather complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-focused Workday solutions.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, leading workshops, providing solution governance, and offering strategic guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience mentoring functional consultants and collaborating with technical teams.
• Workday HCM certification and experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Workday integrations would be highly desirable.
