Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and related modules
• End-to-end project management experience, including planning, governance, risk management, and delivery
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and external partners
• Experience leading Workday deployment, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and third-party vendors
• Ability to coordinate change management, training, and user adoption activities
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to mitigate risks and resolve project issues effectively
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Workday certifications are advantageous
