• Lead full-cycle Workday Core HCM implementations, balancing hands-on configuration with strategic oversight.

• Hold active Workday Partner Certification in Core HCM.

• Demonstrate proven Workday HCM implementation experience.

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

• Design and optimize HCM processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Manage stakeholders, guide project teams, and mentor junior consultants.

• Support change management, training, and post-implementation adoption.
