Key Requirements:

Workday Ticketing & Issue Management: Hands-on experience managing, triaging, and tracking requests through JIRA or similar ticketing systems.

System Configuration Support: Capable of performing basic to intermediate configuration tasks within Workday Financials to support evolving business needs.

Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system functionality.

Integration & Reporting Support: Experience with Workday integrations, reporting frameworks, and data validation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead and mentor AMS resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive accountability.

Issue Escalation & Risk Management: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and proactively mitigate risks.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge base articles for AMS operations.

Change Management Support: Assist in deploying Workday updates, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to users.

Communication & Reporting: Produce executive- and stakeholder-ready reports on ticket status, system health, and ongoing improvements.
