Key Requirements:

Workday Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services (WWS), Core Connectors, and Report Writer.

Integrations & Data Management: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations with internal systems or third-party applications.

Configuration & Customization: Ability to support system configuration, business process setups, calculated fields, and custom reports to meet functional requirements.

Technical Troubleshooting: Skilled at analyzing, debugging, and resolving technical issues in Workday environments.

Hands-On Development: Experience with XSLT, XPath, XML, and related technical tools for integration and reporting tasks.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong ability to partner with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Project & Change Management Support: Assist in Workday upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements while maintaining stability and performance.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation, integration specs, and knowledge base articles for internal teams.

Communication Skills: Capable of producing clear, executive- and stakeholder-ready reports and technical updates.

Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Workday technical certifications preferred.
