Key Requirements:

• Finance Background: 7+ years of accounting or finance experience (GL, AP, AR, month-end close, tax, reporting, intercompany). IFRS knowledge essential.

• Data Migration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience migrating financial data from legacy systems to ERP/Workday, including data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.

• Systems Experience: Experience with Workday Finance or another major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle); implementation experience a strong plus.

• Excel & Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities; ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Communication Skills: Clear and proactive communicator who can confidently lead and challenge discussions; fluent in English (German a plus).

• Personality Fit: Confident, hands-on, and reliable professional with a stable work history; collaborative yet independent, able to drive initiatives without micromanagement.
