Key Requirements: 

• Workday Financials Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing Workday Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting.

• Certification: Workday Financials certification preferred.

• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to partner with senior finance leaders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Integration & Data Migration: Experience with data migration, financial system integrations, and maintaining data integrity.

• Process & System Optimization: Ability to configure, streamline, and optimize financial processes within Workday.

• Reporting & Analysis: Skilled in Workday reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready reports.
