Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent qualification)

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting within a multinational environment

• Proven expertise across key accounting and finance functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial closing, intercompany transactions, taxation, and reporting

• Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex financial systems and software

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated capability to clearly explain and train others on new accounting concepts and processes

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels

• Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in ERP system implementation is a strong advantage
