Key Requirements:

Workday Financials Expertise: Strong experience in Workday Financials (FINS) including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and General Ledger processes.

Integration Leadership: Proven experience leading integration projects between Workday and third-party systems (ERP, tax, banking, or procurement platforms).

Applications Development & Workflow Management: Hands-on experience in applications development, business process optimisation, and workflow management to improve financial operations.

Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure: Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, IT infrastructure, and systems support to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable integrations.

Project Management & Quality Assurance: Experience managing end-to-end integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and UAT/testing compliance.

Integration Tools & Technologies: Deep knowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with finance teams, IT, vendors, and external consultants, translating business needs into integration solutions.

Data Governance & Compliance: Understanding of financial data controls, security, and regulatory compliance in system integrations.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex integration issues and optimise processes.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to mentor and guide integration developers and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
