Key Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting Workday Financials (FINs) in a BAU (Business As Usual) environment
- Strong understanding of core Workday Financials modules, such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Expenses
- Procurement / Supplier Accounts
- Experience handling day-to-day Workday support tickets, issue resolution, and user queries
- Ability to perform configuration changes, small enhancements, and system maintenance within Workday FINs
- Experience with Workday reporting tools (Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, dashboards)
- Understanding of business processes (BPs) and workflows within Workday
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial processes
- Strong knowledge of data validation, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with Workday integrations (e.g., Studio, EIBs) at a functional level
- Experience working with Workday Support (Customer Central / tickets) and managing escalations
- Good understanding of security roles and access in Workday FINs
- Strong stakeholder management skills (Finance teams, HR/IT, external vendors)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BAU support environment with SLAs and priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Workday certification in Financials (preferred but not always required)
