Key Requirements:

AMS (Application Management Services) experience — all levels (Level 1 to Level 3).

Strong ticket management skills — essential; must demonstrate prior experience handling and prioritizing support tickets.

Experience range: 2 to 10 years in relevant roles.

Language skills: English required; French preferred.
