Key Requirements:

Workday Financials Expertise: Strong experience implementing and supporting Workday Financials (FINS) including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Accounting.

Workday Integrations: Proven experience designing, building, and supporting Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.

E-Invoicing Knowledge: Experience implementing or supporting electronic invoicing solutions, ensuring compliance with regional e-invoicing regulations and integrating with external platforms.

Integration Architecture: Ability to design and manage end-to-end integration solutions between Workday and third-party systems (ERP, tax, procurement, banking, or invoicing platforms).

Data & File Formats: Strong understanding of XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services used in system integrations.

Testing & Deployment: Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment across development, test, and production environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with finance teams, technical teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

Compliance & Security: Knowledge of financial data governance, compliance standards, and secure data exchange.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, troubleshoot integrations, and optimise system performance.

Documentation: Ability to create clear technical documentation, integration specifications, and support guides.
