Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, testing, and support.

Strong knowledge of core modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Talent, or Learning).

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, calculated fields, and security setup.

Skilled in reporting and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism (if applicable).

Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and support release updates.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Workday certification(s) in relevant module(s) preferred; degree in HRIS, IT, or Business field.
