Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, testing, and support.

• Strong knowledge of core modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Talent, or Learning).

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

• Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, calculated fields, and security setup.

• Skilled in reporting and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism (if applicable).

• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and support release updates.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Workday certification(s) in relevant module(s) preferred; degree in HRIS, IT, or Business field.
