Key Requirements:

4–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM and Compensation modules.

Workday certifications in Core HCM and Compensation are highly desirable.

Strong consultative skills with a proven track record of guiding client conversations to achieve successful outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, system configuration, and operational frameworks.

Experience managing complex projects involving multiple deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

Ability to provide valuable insights and share lessons learned from previous Workday client engagements.

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapting effectively to change.

A demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience collaborating with offshore or global delivery teams is a plus.
