Key Requirements: 

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM and Compensation modules.

  • Workday certifications in Core HCM and Compensation are highly desirable.

  • Strong consultative skills with a proven track record of guiding client conversations to achieve successful outcomes.

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, system configuration, and operational frameworks.

  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to provide valuable insights and share lessons learned from previous Workday client engagements.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapting effectively to change.

  • A demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience collaborating with offshore or global delivery teams is a plus.
