Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ Workday HCM experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting (requisitions, offers, onboarding, security, and reporting).

• Proven ability to configure, test, and deploy Recruiting solutions; solid understanding of Core HCM, Security, and Integrations.

• Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management for global or complex environments.

• Experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations or enhancements and mentoring junior team members.

• Workday HCM Core certification required; Recruiting certification preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
