Key Requirements:

5+ years’ Workday HCM experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting (requisitions, offers, onboarding, security, and reporting).

Proven ability to configure, test, and deploy Recruiting solutions; solid understanding of Core HCM, Security, and Integrations.

Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management for global or complex environments.

Experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations or enhancements and mentoring junior team members.

Workday HCM Core certification required; Recruiting certification preferred.
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
