Required Skills:

• Workday HCM configuration and implementation experience

• Strong knowledge of Core HCM modules (Org, Staffing, Compensation, Security)

• Business process design and configuration

• Workday reporting (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Custom Reports)

• Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, or Workday Studio

• Workday security setup and management

• Testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support

• Solid understanding of HR processes and HCM best practices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Workday certification(s) preferred (e.g., HCM Core, Integrations)
