Key Requirements: 

• 8+ years of project management experience, including delivery of multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.

• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and client stakeholders).

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with clear governance and status reporting.

• Skilled in managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across complex implementations.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

• PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred; prior Workday implementation experience highly desirable.
