Key Requirements:

8+ years of project management experience, including delivery of multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.

Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Experience leading cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and client stakeholders).

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with clear governance and status reporting.

Skilled in managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across complex implementations.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred; prior Workday implementation experience highly desirable.
