Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

3–6 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Workday systems within mid- to large-sized organizations

Strong technical and functional expertise across multiple Workday modules

Proven ability to interpret business requirements and deliver effective system-based solutions

Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage but not mandatory

Solid working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SAP, Oracle, and Webex

Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams
