Key Requirements: 

• Proven expertise in Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and effective collaboration across HR, Finance, and IT functions.

• Solid knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, EEO, and local labor regulations).

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Skilled problem-solver with experience identifying and resolving integration issues in dynamic environments.

• Excellent communicator, adept at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly adaptable to new Workday releases, tools, and evolving business processes.
