Key Requirements: 

• 7+ years of Workday technical development experience
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Financials, and reporting
• Experience with Workday Extend and automation tools
• Ability to design, develop, test, and support integrations
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capability
• Experience with XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and cloud technologies
• Workday certifications preferred or required
