Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Workday implementation or support (preferably Learning).
- Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM e.g., understanding worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts.
- Strong functional understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) processes (e.g., content management, compliance training, learning assignments).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Workday certification in Learning (not mandatory)
