Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workday Learning configuration and training delivery.

• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Learning integrations.

• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver end-user and administrator training.

• Skilled in creating training materials (guides, videos, e-learning).

• Experience with LMS principles, SCORM/xAPI, and learning analytics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Workday Learning Certification preferred; degree in HR, Education, or related field.
