About The Role
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday O2C (Order to Cash) Consultant to support the design, implementation and optimisation of Workday solutions across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with finance, business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business processes into Workday solutions and support the delivery of effective and scalable O2C processes.
This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone with solid Workday experience who can operate confidently with stakeholders and take ownership of their area.
Your Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise across Order to Cash (O2C) processes within Workday.

Analyse existing O2C processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

Gather and document business requirements from finance and wider business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and configurations.

Support the design and implementation of O2C processes within Workday.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure integrations and data flows support end-to-end O2C processes.

Support testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Support Workday releases, enhancements and ongoing system improvements.

Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows and configuration documentation.

Work with internal teams, implementation partners and other Workday consultants where required.

Provide guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.

Ensure O2C processes align with wider Finance and Workday Financials processes.
Your Profile
We’re looking for a Workday professional with strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and experience working within complex Workday environments.
You’ll ideally have:

Proven experience as a Workday O2C Consultant, Workday Financials Consultant or similar.

Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and their relationship with wider finance operations.

Hands-on experience working with Workday Financials.

Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.

Experience with Workday configuration and functional design.

Strong experience across testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Understanding of Workday integrations and how O2C processes connect with other systems.

Experience working with finance stakeholders and business users.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider Workday and project teams.

Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements or optimisation projects.
Desirable Experience

Workday Financial Management experience.
-
Experience with wider Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) or financial processes.

Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.

Experience working on large-scale Workday transformation programmes.
-
Workday certification in relevant Financials/O2C areas.
