Key Requirements: 

• Lead full-cycle Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATTP) implementations, combining hands-on configuration with strategic oversight.

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

• Hold active Workday certification in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence.

• Design and optimize processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Manage stakeholders, guide project teams, and mentor junior consultants.

• Support change management, training, and post-implementation adoption.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
