Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday projects, including both initial (Phase 1) and post-production (Phase X) implementations

• Certified Workday Engagement Manager (EM) and Workday HCM professional

• Demonstrated success leading medium to large-scale Workday deployments across the UK and EU regions

• Deep understanding of Workday deployment methodologies and full project lifecycle best practices

• Proven ability to manage change orders, resolve escalations, and oversee resource planning effectively

• Experience leading remote, globally distributed teams with flexibility for cross-time zone coordination (early mornings/late evenings as needed)

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities

• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement approach
