Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Workday reporting across the entire HCM system.

• Functional expertise in Workday Security administration, including roles, domains, and permissions.

• Proven ability to shape and configure system functionality, implement improvements, and test updates.

• Strong functional configuration experience across Workday HCM modules.

• Workday HCM Certification and completion of the Workday Learning course.

• Ability to ensure the Workday environment evolves in line with business requirements and best practices.
