Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience working with Workday, with a strong technical focus.
• Proven experience leading Workday implementation, optimisation, or transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect).
• Experience with Workday Extend and Workday web services/APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security and business process configuration.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules (e.g. Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Financials).
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical consultants or development teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Workday certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
