Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years' direct experience with Workday configuration and technical delivery (not adjacent HRIS administration).
• Strong experience configuring one or more Workday modules (e.g. Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Payroll, Financials).
• Practical understanding of Workday integration architecture, including Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and Workday Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Experience developing and supporting Workday integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and Web Services.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Workday configuration and integration issues.
• Knowledge of Workday Security and business process configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working on Workday implementation, optimisation, or support projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and global teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Workday certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
