Key Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).

• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) and data validation/testing.

• Proven experience creating and executing test plans, scripts, and UAT, with expertise in defect tracking.

• Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes, translating business requirements into test scenarios.

• Analytical problem-solver with experience troubleshooting integrations, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, adaptable to new Workday releases and fast-paced environments.
