Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).

Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) and data validation/testing.

Proven experience creating and executing test plans, scripts, and UAT, with expertise in defect tracking.

Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes, translating business requirements into test scenarios.

Analytical problem-solver with experience troubleshooting integrations, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management, adaptable to new Workday releases and fast-paced environments.
