Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Workday HCM implementation projects (internal or consultancy).
- Experience managing statutory requirements, ideally in Absence, Benefits, or Payroll.
- Workday certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Willingness to travel for key project activities.
