Key Requirements:

• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and Generative AI/LLMs

• Experience defining AI governance frameworks, policies, and guardrails

• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, ethics, privacy, and compliance

• Ability to align AI strategy with business objectives and drive adoption

• Knowledge of cloud (Azure), data governance, and secure AI architecture

• Proven stakeholder management across IT, Security, Legal, and Business

• Experience assessing AI risk, value realization, and ROI

• Strong executive communication and change management skills
