Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its core modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing)
• Deep functional knowledge of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
• Hands-on experience with system setup, customization, and workflows in Business Central
• Experience in implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including Business Central reports and Power BI integration
• Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and extensions within the Business Central ecosystem
• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills to support business users and optimize processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working with business teams, IT, and leadership
• Experience in training and user adoption, including creating documentation and end-user support
