Key Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate for designing, building, and managing workflows and automation solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) for integration with workflows
- Strong understanding of workflow design principles and business process automation
- Ability to create, test, and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Knowledge of connectors, triggers, actions, and approvals in Power Automate
- Experience with data handling and integration, including APIs, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize processes and implement improvements
- Collaboration skills to work with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure workflow adoption
