Key Requirements:

Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM German Payroll, including standard functionality and extensibility options

Deep expertise in customizing HCM German Payroll objects to meet specific business requirements

Strong knowledge of German payroll legislation and regulatory compliance

Proficient in payroll functions and rules, including the ability to adapt existing ones and develop custom functions/rules

End-to-end experience with German pre- and post-payroll processes

Solid ABAP programming skills — capable of reading and writing code to support interface development and troubleshooting

Functional experience in Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA)

Experience working within a Fiori-first environment is considered a plus

Proficient in SAP S/4HANA with a deep understanding of its payroll-related functionalities

Good understanding of integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules

Skilled in bridging the gap between business analysts and developers, providing clear guidance and context

Experience with HCM integrations involving SuccessFactors and S/4HANA is essential
-
Familiarity with integration technologies such as IDoc, ALE, CPI, Cloud Foundry, and PI is a plus
-
Understanding of Business Partner integration is advantageous

Exposure to SAP Cloud technologies (public and/or private cloud) is considered a plus
