Key Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with strong knowledge across multiple modules, including Core HCM; experience supporting key employee lifecycle events.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations with downstream systems.

Solid understanding of Workday best practices and scalable, long-term configuration strategies.

Familiarity with People Operations processes such as onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.

Proactive, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
