About the Role

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their HR Technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize and enhance Workday business processes across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, with a strong focus on business process configuration, reporting, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain Workday business processes in areas such as HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Talent Management.

  • Utilize Workday tools to develop critical reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure data integrity by conducting system audits and managing data clean-up efforts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, including system errors, bugs, and configuration challenges.

  • Stay updated with new Workday functionalities and assess their applicability to business needs.

  • Manage and resolve escalated service tickets, including root cause analysis and testing.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation to guide HR operations and system functionality.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk Assurance, and IT teams to optimize Workday processes and configurations.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the creation of training materials for HRIS users across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years' Workday HCM experience is required, with expertise in key areas such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent, and Payroll.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HR, including organizational hierarchy setup, configurable security, tenant configuration, business process design, and custom field mapping.

  • Experience with Workday reporting tools, including the ability to write report specifications and utilize calculated fields.

  • Solid understanding of HR operations and HR data management, particularly in a global environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business needs and implement process improvements.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically diverse team.

  • Workday Certifications are preferred.
