Key Requirements: 

• Over 10 years of experience in IT project and program management.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder IT programs successfully.

• Strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and data/analytics.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both business and IT teams effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership, including presentations and senior stakeholder management.

• Proactive, hands-on approach to managing multiple IT teams, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Deep knowledge of project planning, RAID management, and ensuring team accountability.
